Fuchsias in containers - need Advice

Seattle, WA

There are several Hardy and Half-Hardy Fuchsias in containters, and they are being kept inside the home to overwinter. So far, some of them look all right, and even look as though they have new growth.

On a couple, the leaves are falling. Is this natural, and is it likely that the leaves will return in springtime?

Ought they to be watered? Do the fuchsias need to "go dormant?"

Thanks,

I've overwintered them outside before. They did lose some leaves (the less hardy ones especially), and they don't need to go dormant so I would keep watering them enough to make sure they don't dry out. The leaves should come back in the springtime, but I've had times where maybe a branch or two have gotten hit too hard by cold and don't come back and I just pruned those off once it became obvious that those leaves weren't going to grow back.
