Our next door neighbor was pulling a stuck feed truck out yesterday when the log chain snapped and came around and hit him in the face. They removed some bone fragments from his brain last night and did some facial repair. There doesn't appear to be any brain damage, and they say he'll be home in a few days. His wife isn't a farm girl and she has a lot of trouble with farm life as it is - I'm sure they could use any extra prayers you have to give them. They have 5 kids from a junior in college to a 3rd grader.
The neighborhood has all the chores divided up. Stan got barn cleaning duty. I think he must be down there now. I'll let you know if I hear any news.
