Honeysuckle

In my hummingbird garden, I've mulched around all the salvia and cut it down to winter but what do I do with the honesuckle vine? It's wrapped around bars up and down my iron fence and the vines look brown. Pardon me if I'm asking a stupid question but will they sprout new growth?

Yes, they will sprout new growth and push the old leaves off at that time.
