95% vs 5%

One day God was looking at Earth and saw all the rascally behavior that
was going on. He sent an angel to confirm. When he returned, he told
God, "Yes, it's bad on Earth; 95% are misbehaving and only 5% are not."

God thought for a moment and said, "Maybe I'd better get a second
opinion." So He sent another angel.
The second angel reported: "It's true. Earth is in decline; 95% are
misbehaving, only 5% are being good."

God was not pleased. But He decided to e-mail the 5% that were good, to
encourage and give them a little something to help keep going.
