My AQHA journal had this excerpt from a poem by John Masefield. I can't even find the full text on the web. Can anyone help? I would love to read the whole thing; it is a beautiful verse:
"As he knotted the reins and took his stand, the horse's soul came into his hand, and up from the mouth that held the steel came an innermost word, half thought, half feel."
Anyone know the rest of this poem?
