Drilling in Concrete?

I know this is a little different than most of your interests in concrete....

My backyard is mostly concrete. I'm going to be straw bale gardening this year, and would like to drill into the concrete so I can put some trellises in the ground. Does anyone know what tools I would use for this? I've heard of regular drill bits made for concrete, but somehow I don't think my electric drill would actually drill through concrete.
