The Chileman Database is intended to provide a useful reference guide to anyone interested in growing peppers in the form of brief descriptions on the varieties and photo records
3600 varieties of Peppers listed and over 5000 images loaded but there are still many varieities in the database with no descriptive data or photo records. I always learn something new here.

Thanks for this very interesting web site. I tried it out on some of the chiles that I find most difficult to obtain and they knew of all but one -- Chimayo chile ( New Mexico). They had heard of aleppo pepper but didn't say much about it. This makes it the best chile web site I have ever found.
