How do I keep all table surfaces clear of clutter?

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone else has this major clutter problem?

Almost every empty table surface in my house accumulates clutter.

I can't stand it anymore!

Any tips on how do I prevent this?
How do I upkeep the cleaning and clearing of all the surfaces???

I need help!
