I just wanted to share this to encourage others who are trying to loose some weight. My husband has been loosing weight at the rate of a pound or two a week for about 12 weeks now. He looks better, feels better and has lost about 4 inches off his waistline. He is about halfway to his goal. His program includes about 20 minutes of workout with weights, lots of vegies and fruit, watching fat intake, and saying no to those second helpings when he finds himself in a situation where there isn't much low fat food (like at a potluck).
