This plant was not looking good when I got it from Home D a couple of months ago. I cut off the dead stuff and planted it. Nice bloom now. Before pic below.
Canna Bloom...
september 17th. this is after being in the ground about a week - looking much better than when i bought it.

It wasn't even threatening to bloom 2-3 weeks ago when I took this pic on Oct 21st. The 'tropicanna' is blocking the plant with the (future) bloom. I've never grown Canna's before, so I'm happy. :)

ive never seen a canna bloom 2 different colors like that, thats awesome
