jm propagation: rooted cuttings or grafting?

Hi, this is my first visit to this forum. I wandered in via a post on JM seeds which I learned do not produce true to type. So, my question is: is propagation normally done by rooted cuttings or grafting? Does anyone have experience with jm propagation? What tree is used in grafting? Does anyone trade for cuttings?

Hey, a question *I* can answer....grafting! Sorry no experience here, but you will find some threads buried in the lovely photo threads that discuss propagation and there are some here who have tried.

thanks Laura, I will "search" it out when I have more than a minute--today we are celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday and I have more to do than I can "shake a stick at" so I should not even be on the computer at all.
