fall seed planting

I live in south Georgia, Albany to be exact (southwest part of state), and I have bought a good number of seeds for my 07 garden. Could anyone give me their thoughts on which seeds can be planted in the fall. I know poppys do well, but beyond that I don't have a clue. Thanks

I put in lettuce, onions, garlic, and cauliflower so far. I'm wondering if rhubarb would do good here.
