Just starting to bloom now
Hawaiian Woodrose
WOW!!!
Mine is 6 inches tall :)
How many plants makes up this beautiful display?
I am going to have to try this one soon!! FK did you start yours from seed?
This is one plant, four years old in Jan. I live on the southwest side of a sand ridge, other wise it would'nt have a chance of producing a mature second bloom, last year was a good example, 29 decrees two nights Feb 28 and 29 about one week before harvest, and every thing asouve ground was dead tissue, this plant was dug up when it was two, and moved under this Live Oak, First bloom from Oct. 2004
Marie, I started mine from seed I got from Sam :)
FK, are you sure what you got from Sam wasn't m. aurea? It's not nearly the monster that this one is.
