ok, sorry to bother you all with somwthing so trivial...but I just downloaded IE7 and for the life of me I can't get the toolbar wallpaper to work. I keep setting it, and it says to restart IE, and I have done this a hundred times with no luck. PLEASE HELP, the plain white toolbar drives me crazy...thank you
