A couple of Datura Metel need help

Bay Area, CA(Zone 9b)

They are invested by spider mites. I keep on spraying them with fungicide, but the spider mites keep on coming back. It's been a couple of months at least they haven't bloom anymore. They used to bloom pretty regularly. Are they history, should I just give up on them?
Do you have any suggestion as what to do with the spider mites problem? Do the spider mites cause them to not bloom?
Thank you very much..!

You need an insecticide to get the spider mites. The best one I've used so far is Pyola. It's organic with a canola oil base. You can get it at gardensalive.com. In my experiance, bad and continuing infestations can discourage flower production.

Thank you, X, for the great product suggestion, I'm gonna try it. Been looking for a safe and effective one as I have courious pets running around the backyard. It's bad enough that the plant itself is poisonous, luckely they're not interested in Daturas, though.
Thanks again..!
