I have a place in the back of my house that does not get any sun and stays pretty moist. Does anyone know what ferns will grow well here? Are they perinials? I live in upstate South Carolina.

Smokey, My favorite place to choose ferns is Fancy Fronds.com. They have a database that you can plug all of the information into and come out with a list. Some are evergreen and some are not. They have a list of about 40 ferns that will grow in zone 7b in full shade.
