Pages too wide for my screen!

Many sites I open, the pages are too wide for the screen and I have to use the gray sliding bar on the bottom to see it all. Most annoying. This just changed on my usual DG D-mail page which has been OK all along. I did not do anything to change it.

Also--any web-site or Hyperlink, I click on to open always opens in a minimized screen and I have to click on the box in the upper right hand corner to make it full-screen.

Where do I go to adjust/change these? It is annoying.....
