What kind of spider is this that's hanging from my door frame? The photo isn't very clear because I took it at night when they are out in the webs, but I hope it's good enough for identification.

It's an orb weaver, the family Araneidae. I think it's in either Araneus or Eustala genus.

I didn't realize there were so many species of orb weavers. I've searched, but can't figure out which one it is for sure.

The abdomen has bumps on it like this one, Araneus andrewsi. It also looks like A. cavaticus, like Charlotte...maybe you can get a better look, they seem to stay in one place for months and months
