I featured a one-year seedling Brugmansia in this container and I was so hoping it would bloom. Now, in late September, it is just forming buds. If we get a frost warning, I'll have to take it out and bring it inside. (It's in its own pot inside the container.) I'll try again next year, though... imagine a crown of pink Angel's Trumpets on top of this!
I was going to trim back the rest of this in August but my neighbours told me they loved the unkempt voluptuous look... and I agree.
Andy - well done! If you have a place in your garage that receives some light, you may even try placing it near a window. I always have blooms on mine in the garage once I bring mine it. I just want to savor every bloom until the last possible moment!!
