Lady Slipper...

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Hello all... I just purchased a Lady slipper orchid yesterday and was wondering if y'all could give me some advice on it... I don't live in a humid environment, just so y'all know... any help would be greatly appreciated... I have a cymbidium growing really well and I left it outside all summer growing under the eve of the house... shockingly it's still putting out lots of new leaves... thanks again...

Placing the pot on a saucer filled with water and stone (the pot sits on the stones above the water level) will help provide a pocket of moister air. That could help as lady slippers do need higher huminidy than cymbidiums.
