Is there anyway to start Wisteria from seeds?

I have a bunch of pods hanging from my wisteria and was wondering if it were possible for me to start another plant from the pods and how to go about it.

They can be grown from seeds but they will take many, many years to bloom. So I'd recommend cuttings instead if you want more of them.

Ok thanks so much now for my next question. How to get cuttings? and when? Is it too late in the season now? I read that I have to prune 20% in late fall and then another 20% in early spring.
