I have a bunkhouse out back that is built on a cement slab. I was getting a little water in there. I had gutters put on and plan to put more dirt around the foundation and slope it away. I pulled up the old tar paper and lineolium and carpet. I want to seal the cement and watch it till next spring to make sure I've fixed the water problem before I carpet it.
Should I use a cement sealer or something like DryLock paint on the cement? Which product do you recommend? Which penetrates into the pours of the cement and seals it the best? What would you recommend to put over the cement before carpeting it?
Thanks,
Brenda
