Haitel Hernia

I've been having some pretty major health problems and went in for a upper scope on monday. my doctor found a haitel hernia, which kinda explains the upper GI hurts I've been having but not the lower.

Anyone dealing with this that can give me hints on how to take care of it? No need for surgery because its not strangled.
