I just acquired a small plant and have been unsuccessful in rooting cuttings in water. They just turn to mush. Is there a secret? I've even tried it in a ziplock with rooting hormone and sphagnum moss and bottled water (we have terrible city water). The mother plant is healthy and happy, bright indirect light. I'd really appreciate any good tips on rooting this plant. Thanks, Cindy in AZ

No personal experience, but PF says to propagate by leaf cuttings.
