Pictured is the stump of the Lady Banks ... look at it... its comeing back in full force! I bought some stump remover, but on a real stump you are to pour the granules in holes that you make in the stump, then follow with hot water. I dont know ... I got that Purple Trumpet vine down there... I dont want to ruin it. ... now I am thinking should I let the Lady Banks grow and keep cuttling it back to the ground? or try to get rid of it while that stump manageable?

You can see why I am in a quandry about Lady Banks ... it puts on such a show..
I say leave it. It is one of my favorites and if you can control it by just cutting it back why not? :o)
