Ponkan Tangerine Problem

Hi

I was on vacation for two weeks and when I can back most of my Ponkan Tangerine fruit had turned brown/black. Most are covered completely but some are OK or only have a little. Are these rust mites? A fungus?

Any help would be appreciated.
