A friend provided wonderful and plenty of very aromatic oregano, growing wild on the mountains of Crete. Another friend provided plenty of seeds from this type of oregano. The herbs were collected in early June, just before the flowers opened, for maximum aroma. The seeds were collected 2 weeks ago, when mature.
Anyone willing to donate whatever they want to the Gardeners' Gate, just send me your address and I will send you a bunch of dry oregano to see your roasts through winter, and / or a pack of seeds for you to grow next year, whatever you ask for, either or both.
