Just so I'm clear... it's toast, right?

Awww... my tv died. :(

After 15 good years, it finally gave in LOL :)

Now, when I turn it on I hear static for a second, then the sound comes in and NO PICTURE... just a black screen with a little green nike-swoosh-shaped-dot in the middle. Changing input doesn't bring back any picture, just changes the sound. That's tv death, right? I just want to make sure there's not something obvious here before I start exploring the myriad of new features that a tv purchase entails these days.
