The first one looks like a Hoya carnosa. I don't have a clue on the second one.
I think you're right jerodsmom,looks like Exotic Wax Plant

The Vinca's are all periwinkles, mine has no flowers ?
I have several periwinkles.I think it's something else.
Vine # 2 may be Asiatic Jasmine.

Fine detective work my greenish thumbed friend...and fellow Floridian.
I saw similar looking plants at two customers homes today but theirs were climbing walls unlike mine.They both said theirs were Jasmine so I knew mine had to be one of a different species and you hit the nail on the head.
