Help! My Crape Myrtle has a problem!

I looked for a Crape Myrtle section but don't see one. I bought a small "Natchez" Crape Myrtle earlier this summer and it has been doing great - lots of flowers, and healthy green leaves.

Now the leaves are very mottled looking - some brownish looking cast to them, and some leaves are very yellow-brown.

Any suggestions? I sure hate to lose this guy!

Thanks - very much! I read Clemson's information, and will check my tree again, but it's probably the leaf spot that requires a systemic fungicide.
It's been bloody hot here, and I have been watering that tree a lot, and the correct conditions for leaf spot (according to Clemson) are hot and moist conditions.
