I thought it was when I got it, but the appearance of the fertile fronds (the thin ones in the pic) knocks that one out. Sensitive fern (Onoclea sensibilis) has a fertile frond made up of sori shaped like clusters of little "beads". This fern, the Netted Chain Fern (Woodwardia areolata) as pictured. The two tallest fronds are the fertile ones.

I saw this photo and was amazed. I have these growing all around my house and never knew their name 'til now. There were so many in one spot, I've been digging 'em out and moving them to other spots to fill in under some tropicals. Thanks! :)
