Plant ID by color?

I am trying to ID some plants in my gardens. I have some photos, but I have some that I did not photograph in bloom. Is there a way to search by color ie: blue annual, blue perennial etc?

You can do that with the advanced search. Here's a link to it, but in case you lose it, the way to get there is go to Plant Files, then click on Search and Browse Tools, then Advanced Search.

You can also post pics in the ID forum and people will help you figure it out--a picture of them in bloom is helpful and likely to get you an ID within minutes, but even without pictures someone will probably know what it is.
