Good shot!!
gorgeous pic!
Thanks for the compliments. I felt priviledged to be there at that moment to get these pictures.
Talk about your Kodak moment! Absolutely gorgeous!
Ahhh .. A wonderful capture, indeed!
And another sunflower that has 'captured' my interest, to boot. May I ask how tall it grows, and how large are the flower heads -?- It's truly a gorgeous flower!
Is that a Queen butterfly? Each compliments the other ...

Me too! I really love this new flower Tohoku Yae. Mine is about 5 feet tall and the largest bloom is about 6 or 7" and the multiple smaller blooms around the largest center bloom range 3 to 5". This one is just right for my little corner garden in the front yard. It is tall and bright enough to be a very eye catching yet not so tall it conceals the rest of my garden from view. It is making seeds already as the first bloom is fading. I might consider keeping the resulting seeds for trades if they sprout positively.
Thank you, gardener2005, so much .. for the additional sunflower info!
* Your 2nd image in PlantFiles .. is another gorgeous 'view'!!
While 'looking' about .. I found, that sunflowers can be used to plant (similarly) .. to these corn field/crop maizes > http://www.cornfieldmaze.com/ < It's quite an interesting (and entertaining) site!
May I ask what (general) area of BR are you located -?-
