I was given several of these in the summer and they have been beautiful but i know nothing about plant and what to do with them. the pink splash has gotten prettty high. I was wondering , should i be cutting this back and to how many inches - also is there a way to replant this in the ground and if so, when - also any help with what to do with the fern part would be helpful. - Like i said i do not have a green thumb but i hate to see them just die if there is something i can do .
