tow behind rock rake

Has anyone found a place around here (redmond/seattle wa) that might rent a tow behind rock rake and or the tow behind adjustable graders for a standard 17HP lawn tractor. It's got a single point bracket on the back. I don't really see a reason to buy either one.

I tried dragging the fence... but it didn't make sense yet until I graded it even more. I do have the 46" dozer/snow blade... but that only pushes straight not winrow.
