Can someone tell me what to do with this problem I've been having with my computer?.....
It runs so slow, I have defragged, debugged, de iconed on the startup...it just runs very very choppy. The pages take forever to load, feel like I have dial up...when I hit the mouse after being idle for a bit, it just has a hard time loading anything...almost like it's cold. Programs freeze constantly...just plain frustrating. Yesterday tried to do some work in Word and it froze 3 times and I lost my information...I know, I should have hit "save." Is there some diagnostic test I'm missing? Somewhere safe I can go to on the web to have someone help me diagnose...for free? Thanks in advance.
