Yesterday I found a nasty looking beetle on our front walk. DH identified it as a "June bug" and I was amazed. Not what we called June bugs back in bayou country. Googled it and found this amazing article. Fun to read, but I don't think I'll be adding them to my recipe files anytime soon.
