In April I divided up my canna's by cutting off some of the rhizome (or are they called tubers, I forget lol) . Anyway I planted them in my front flower bed and when they bloomed they are totally different looking that the plant I cut them off from. Can anyone tell me why this happend?? I don't know the name of the Canna I have as it was given to me last September. I looked for seeds after it's last bloom and there weren't any.
