Do it yourself plans? pull behind grader

I'm looking to drag around something like weighted down fencing to help grade my yard a little bit. I've seen these being used on some baseball diamonds but uncertain if it'll help me out. My yard sloped towards the back a little and slightly to the side. I recently tore the yard up with a skid loader bringing in 46 yards of hog fuel to the far back yard. The area I want to be grass I couldn't grade well enough with the heavy loader bucket so I wanna do the rest with my lawn tractor (17hp) - hopefully by dragging something from behind... I do have many rocks to be picked up too... I dunno yet what solution I need for that

Any suugestions that are cheap would be great :-)
