Alfalfa

Social Circle, GA(Zone 8a)

Due to the controversy surrounding my equine nutritionist's recommendation of alfalfa, and my subsequent research on it, I thought it would be polite to start a thread on it. If anyone has any input, it is certainly welcome as I myself, have not had decades of experience in which to benefit from.....so please, do not be shy.

Here are some studies and articles from which I was converted:

http://www1.agric.gov.ab.ca/$department/deptdocs.nsf/all/hrs3243

It is equally as easy to find articles-not studies-as there are few that refute these. I know the conclusion I came to, I would like to know the reasons that you-if you've thought about it-came to yours, because I did as much research on the subject as I could before I made my decision.
