My poor hardy Hibiscus are having a hard time this year. First it was the Sawfly larva (identified here, thanks).
Now there is a new mystery bug swarming around the same half eaten plants. I don't know it they are a problem but I'm not waiting to find out. I have not done anything about them, yet.
Can someone identify these small flying insects?
I also think that the mild winter has allowed all these 'new' bugs to flourish.
