OK
How do I propagate this plant?
I seem to remember someone saying its easy....
but I've now killed 4 cuttings......

Which Thunbergia is it? Grandiflora? I grow/grown several T's and they have all been easy to start from cuttings, rarely lose one, they are just sloooooooow. Like 2 months, slow.
I just take a stray vine, cut it about 10-12 in long, sometimes shorter, and strip off all but the top leaves and then stick it in damp vermiculite, making sure at least 1 node is buried, then I set the pot in full shade, (cooler the better) and ignore. Sometimes I set a plastic bag loosely over the top if it is so hot that I think it is going to dry out, but if it is a cool spot I don't even do that. Then just wait. And wait some more. LOL
Sure hope you master it, they are so pretty.

Well I find a loose vine piece but I don't cut mine at all..I just lay mine down in the soil, cover it with soil and let nature take its course..then clip it when the vine piece has roots forming under ground...

Ya know
that sounds like a less risky way to do it
I can just put a pot right next to it

It is grandiflora.....

Got it from Logees

Yep that would do the job..and just clip the vine between the two pots...lol...

I tried getting it to stay down and root in the pot but the stupid peacocks like moving stuff in the pot
I had taken 2 cuttings and they did root in Perlite...
so I thank everyone for their help
