Edited to say: This is not my horse! I'm in GA-this is an aquaintance I've known through the web for at least a year in TX-nice person. I met her in an arab forum. My arab forum has many many theories, no one knows for sure, but there's no barbwire (that was my first thought was she'd gotten tangled in some!) The DNR is involved because of cougar sightings and it's attacks on other livestock.
