What are these black spots on my Rudbeckia? They had some of these spots last year, but the plants are covered this year. I have searched around and have seen some information on common fungus problems that cause black leaves on Rudbeckia, but I have not found anything that looks like this. There is a small bump the center of each spot, but I have not spotted any bugs.
