Having invested a huge amount of time and $s around this place, neglected for many years prior by renters, I now find spider mites everywhere! They particularly like and infest the vines; especially the Gelsemium, but all the vines have webbing. They also like evergreens, and gardenias, and on and on... I really don't remember inviting them to lunch (lol)! I've ordered a batch of green lacewing eggs, since I've read that they enjoy feeding on spider mites; will that take care of the problem, or must I first - or ongoing - spray with pyrethrins?
