English language - Southern style

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

This started on another thread, and we thought it might be good to get it out there in the open, so that our friends from the north can translate. I have already learned from the discussion, and I thought I knew it all, having lived in Texas many, many years.

For example: there is y'all, all y'all, fixin' to, swan...would youse guys (practicing my back east) who have already defined and given examples on the previous thread go ahead and do the same on this thread to get us started?
