bleaching new irises

I got my first shipment of irises today. I remember reading a thread about soaking them in a bleach mixture to kill any potential borers before planting, but I can't find the thread again. So what mix should I use and how long should I soak them for? Thanks

Most but not all growers have already treated them..I know I do.

But if you feel you should it is 90% water to 10% bleach for 15-30 minutes.
