What is eating my plants.

Horsens, Denmark

There are lots of bugs arround this year, probably because it has been so hot (up to 31C/88F very unusual). When I sow that my beloved oxalis are been eating uo I got enough! I never use pestisides only soap water, as there are to many baby birds around.
But I do not have any idea that this is.

That looks very similar to whatever's been eating my potato plants and moonflowers.

You might try Dipel dust or BT (bacillus thuringiensis), a biological control that works on a number of caterpillars and does not survive long in the environment. Those could be either butterfly or more likely moth larva. I have shrubs and flowers for moths and butterflies; veggies and delicate flowers are off limits. Most plants can survive some degree of munching, but caterpillars do get greedy and often invite the extended family.

Oh thanks that is nice to hear.
It makes sence, now that you mention it, it could be moth larva, seen lots of moths around. Never had this problem before, will begin first thing tomorrow ;o)
