Butterfly Iris question from seeds

I got a small packet from a DG trade..... when should I plant them? Do they need to be cold?

the package was sealed and they are butterfly... I have been reading on DG via google!

Go back to the swopper and get anothr name. Tall bearded, germanica, siberian, dietes, morea etc etc etc. They all get treated differently.

The Fortnight Lily or Butterfly Iris or African Iris is the and they should do excellent in your area

Chill the seeds in frig about 2 months then plant
if there is to be a cold snap they will have to be protected
