Any accountants out there?

Wondering if anyone with a good deal of accounting experience would mind trying to answer a few questions I have.

I do the book keeping for a small Corporation that has a tax accountant, and recently began doing some for a Church (using Quickbooks - yuck) that is just starting computerized accounting.
It's a whole different ballgame for me!
